GHIN/WORLD HANDICAP SYSTEM
YOU MUST HAVE PAID THE CURRENT YEAR’S TGA DUES OF $30 TO BE ELGIBLE FOR THE GHIN HANDICAP SERVICE.
WHS handicaps are offered to all members of the Tulsa Golf Association for an annual fee. The TGA provides tournament competitions for AMATEUR COMPETITORS who enjoy the game of golf and conducts such events in accordance with the Rules of Golf of the USGA.

WHS fees may be paid upon entering your first TGA tournament.
Each TGA tournament entry form has a space for dues payment as well as for WHS fees.
